About Us

 

We are based in the area of Pinoso, which is situated on the borders of Alicante and Murcia. This is a market town of around 8,000 inhabitants and we are well known here as many people who are now our neighbours, were once our clients. Between us we have nearly 30 years experience in selling properties in the Costa Blanca and the Costa Cálida and having also spent some years living on the coast, we know many people both inland and nearer the sea. We do not advertise our business formally but are always being approached by people who would like to include their homes in this site, following the recommendation of another happy client. When we take on a property we immediately send it out to around 50 agents who simply do not have the time to source their own product and rely on property seekers like ourselves to provide the houses which they will then use their resources to advertise further afield. 

 

The cost for selling a property which has been advertised on this site is 3,000€ (plus IVA) which is only ever payable when your property is sold through us. This can be incorporated in your price, or added on top, as you wish. We do not ask you to sign any documentation which restricts you to only working with us.

 

We also provide a rental service which costs 295€ p.a. For this your property is advertised both on this site and also on www.easybuy-properties-spain.com. We are the local representatives for Easybuy properties and we can also offer you the option of advertising your home both on this website and the Easybuy web site.
